Global Recruiting Agency (GRA) is a government-licensed manpower recruitment body (License No: RL-1324) operating under the Daffodil Family ecosystem. Unlike conventional agencies, GRA does not merely source workers — we actively train, certify, and culturally prepare candidates through our sister institutions (BSDI, DIL, DJIT, DIPTI). This means every candidate we place is trade-tested, language-ready, and professionally briefed before departure.
GRA has established recruitment channels across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, Libya, and Japan. We are particularly recognized for our Japan TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) and SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) pathways, where we hold approval as an official Sending Organization under the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and OTIT Japan.
Required documents vary by destination. For Saudi Arabia, you will need: Visa Slip, Consulate Authorization (Wakala / Electronic Wakala), Demand Letter (attested by Chamber of Commerce & MOFA), Special Power of Attorney (attested), Commercial Registration copy (translated), and a Sample Employment Contract. For UAE, Qatar, Malaysia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Libya: Demand Letter (attested), Special Power of Attorney, Agency/Recruitment Agreement, Guarantee Letter, and Sample Employment Contract. All documents must be routed through the Bangladesh Embassy in the respective country.
The typical timeline ranges from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the destination country and visa processing speed. Our process includes: needs consultation (Week 1), candidate sourcing and trade testing (Weeks 1–3), shortlist submission and employer interview coordination (Weeks 2–4), medical checkup and visa submission (Weeks 4–7), BMET immigration clearance and pre-departure orientation (Weeks 6–9), and flight and airport departure coordination (Week 8–10). We prioritize transparency at every step.
Through our ecosystem, candidates can access: Trade certification courses at BSDI (Electrical, Civil, Welding, Mechanical, Driving, Hospitality, Security, and more), Japanese language training up to JLPT N4/N5 level at DIL, professional diplomas at DIPTI, academic technical courses at DPI, and Japanese etiquette and workplace orientation through DJIT. All training is job-market aligned and recognized by international employers.
The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) allows Bangladeshi workers to train and work in Japan for up to 5 years, gaining technical skills and cultural experience. The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) pathway allows direct placement in 14 designated industries (including construction, shipbuilding, care work, hospitality, and agriculture) with higher skill recognition. Candidates must meet Japanese language requirements (typically N4/N5), pass a skill evaluation test, and have no criminal record. GRA guides eligible candidates through the full application, language training, and pre-departure process.
Candidates must prepare: a completed Application Received (AR) Form, Original Passport (minimum 6 months validity), Personal Details Form, Updated Resume/CV, Educational and Work Experience Certificates, Technical/Trade Certificates, Driving License (if applicable), 10 passport-size photographs, and a Medical Fitness Report from a government-approved medical center. GRA's counselors will guide you through every document step to ensure accuracy.
